3. Data Processing & Retention

Email Scrubber: CSV files uploaded to the Email Scrubber are processed on our servers solely for the purpose of email validation. Uploaded files and processed results are automatically deleted within 24 hours of upload. We do not read, share, or use the contents of your uploaded files for any purpose other than providing the validation service.

More Mentions (Pitch Generator): Email addresses submitted through More Mentions are added to our marketing list via Kajabi, and you may receive communications about Cowboy Code Ranch, collabAI, and related products. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send. Your input text (business info, niche, goals, etc.) is sent to Anthropic's API to generate the requested pitches and is not stored by us beyond that processing step. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Keyword Researcher: Search queries you enter are transmitted to Google's Ads API (Keyword Planner) and SerpAPI to generate your results. We do not store your queries beyond standard server access logs. Google and SerpAPI handle your query data according to their own privacy policies.

4. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to:
