• More Mentions: An AI-powered pitch generator for media outreach
• Keyword Researcher: A keyword research tool that returns search volume, competition analysis, and ranking data
• Additional tools as we develop and release them

All tools are provided as-is and free of charge. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any tool at any time without notice.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Upload files containing malicious code, viruses, or harmful data
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers or systems
• Use our tools to facilitate unsolicited bulk email (spam)
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access our Services beyond normal use
• Use our Services to process data you do not have the right to use
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of our Services

4. Your Data & Uploads

You retain ownership of any data you upload to our Services. By uploading data, you represent and warrant that:

Files uploaded to the Email Scrubber are automatically deleted within 24 hours. See our Privacy Policy for more details on data handling.

All content, branding, design, and code comprising Cowboy Code Ranch and its tools are the property of Kristina Allen Carr LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our Services without prior written permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• Our tools will be available at all times or free of errors
• Results from our tools (including email validation) will be 100% accurate
• Our Services will meet your specific requirements

Email validation results are provided as a best-effort assessment and should not be the sole basis for critical business decisions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kristina Allen Carr LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services. Our total liability for any claim related to the Services shall not exceed $100.
